Ship a Car provided a carrier that delivered my car from Texas to Illinois safely and on time. It was a very easy and hassle free experience and I was well informed on the process from the beginning. My only compliant was the late time of day the delivery was made. When your driver has other pick ups to do after yours then it becomes necessary to receive it when it comes into town. I would say that is an industry issue and not the brokers. I would definitely use tem again.

Thank you for the great review, Kusunose! You are right - timing projections are estimates, industry-wide. Drive times are not exact and can be affected by issues with other customers, traffic, weather, etc.
