The transport service contacted me one day before the pickup and the morning of the pickup. The only issue was the time had to be changed to later than I had hoped for but once contact was made the transfer and transport went smoothly. I also had priced the shipment around and although not the least expensive, the cost was very reasonable. Something I was not aware of at the start was the initial company I dealt with was a broker who put me in contact with the transport people and I had to pay two separate fees and would have preferred to pay only once

Thanks for the positive feedback, Mel! Just to be clear, we do provide one estimate that is broken up into 2 payments. Once a carrier is confirmed your deposit holds your spot and the remaining balance goes to the carrier on delivery.
