I am very impressed by the customer service provided by Tom at Ship A Car Direct. He was available via telephone and email and kept me up to date throughout the entire shipment process. It was very reassuring to be able to contact a single person and not have to call an automated telephone line to ask a simple question. The carrier, Cal Transport, LLC, was very flexible when scheduling pick up. My vehicle arrive very quickly and had zero damage. I am very happy with this transport company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Ship A Car Direct.
