I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct. The service exceeded my expectations as I had read so many bad reviews about other companies. I chose Ship a Car because of the good customer reviews as well as the better business bureau rating which were certainly accurate. I had purchased a car in north carolina because I got a new job in the Boston area and needed a car. I didn't want to drive it all the way to Boston so I took my chances with a company and they did not let me down. The service was extremely transparent and thorough and included continuous followup throughout the process. The pick up drivers were on time and inspected every last inch of the car and notices scratches even I couldn't see. Any time I needed to contact someone for an update information was always provided to me. On delivery the company worked around my schedule as I work far from home and they were there at 10am on the dot as scheduled. The drop off driver was not as thorough as the pick up drivers, but was accommodating when I asked for extra time just to inspect the car. There was no damage of any sort. It was a bit pricier than others but completely worth it for the quality service. With the nature of the industry being questionable, I was relieved to have such great service.
