This was my first experience shipping a vehicle via ground transport and I had several concerns and questions. Once I found Ship-A-Car-Direct all my questions were answered and I felt very confident about my decision after speaking with Emily. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My vehicle was picked up with a few days after placing the order and was delivered on time to its final destination. I was able to contact the driver at any time and he provided me with the approximate ETA...which was right on point. Even though the company offers a discount for feed back, this had no influence on my response. There are tons of companies out there trying to get your business, but this company is legit. I was 100% satisfied and the customer service provided by my representative "EMILY" was superb.
