The company is upfront with all the cost and only deals with Carriers that they have vetted and worked with the past. Since this was the first time that I've used this kind of service, I did research on several companies. The rating and membership in the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a big factor in my decision and also the Customer reviews. I would recommend this company to others. This is my honest review of the Company Ship a Car Direct. The Carriers Dispatchers and Driver were also very helpful and polite.
