I used Ship A Car Direct's website to initiate shipping of a car I purchased. I was soon contacted by Dale, with Ship A Car Direct. Dale was very helpful and courteous; in addition, I received several emails from Dale about the shipping process and emails with tips to make the shipping process go smoothly.
From the time the car was picked up in Washington until the car was delivered in Iowa, Dale would check in with me to make sure everything was proceeding OK.
The car was delivered promptly and damage-free. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct if I ever need to ship a car again.
