Matt was on hand to find me a carrier for my SUV and even returned my call while on vacation. He also made sure he kept in touch with me after the delivery to see how things went. I appreciate the email system, even it if is automated message, it makes me feel like they still know what is going on with my account.

The person chosen to do the pick and delivery was professional and kept me in the loop prior to the car being picked up, after the car was picked up, and the a few times during the day as he was coming closer to the drop off. He was 1 1/2 hours late from the scheduled time for the pick up at the dealership, which I can understand with traffic you can not time these things exact. With several stops before mine, he estimated to be dropping off the car at 2pm the following day and actually it was after 5pm. I made myself available so it was not a problem for me.
