I was moving from California to NY and contemplated shipping my car. After doing some research and finding Ship a Car Direct on the BBB website, I decided to contact them. I recieved a phone call the same day to discuss the plans of moving my car.

As the days got closer and closer to my move date, Matt at Ship a Car Direct was so attentive and was always available to answer my questions... and TRUST ME... I asked him a lot of questions. This was my first time shipping a car and I was not sure what to expect.

The pick up date was two days before my move and the gentleman that picked up my car was so lovely and kind I believe I ended our meeting with a hug.

Once my car arrived on the East cost I recived a call from Matt to inform me and he coordinated a delivery date with the carrier. They arrived on time, my car was in the same condition it was when it left and Matt called me with a follow up.

The service couldn't have been better. If it were not for Matt I don't think I would have felt so comfortable. He held my hand the entire process and was so patient with wll of my questions and e mails.
