This was the first time I ever had a vehicle transported. I moved from Virginia to California for my job. There were so many transport companies touting the same song , but Portia of Ship A Car Direct explained the process, kept me informed, sent emails to document everything she told me. The carrier service increased my price by 100 dollars at the last moment but at that point, I had decided to go with them anyway and it was worth it!! They were honest and the Carrier Company gets a HUGE shout out( A1 Trans), they really delivered!! It did not take 7-10 days to go across country like I originally was told, they delivered my Mercedes in 4 days!!! The car was a little dirty, but understandable, no damage. The Driver, Alphonso was great and called me to let me know where he was. I made a good choice and we will be using them to ship my husband's car next. Thanks to Ship A Car Direct!,
