Ship a Car Direct made the process easy, since they handled the interface to the transport carriers.
Transport carrier was quicker than expected.

Since I am not familiar with car transport, my advice to prospective customers is check the roof of the vehicle upon receipt, including the usual suspect spots like bumpers, sides of the car, mirrors and window glass. Also note the odometer readings at pick up and delivery. The car most likely will arrive dirty, which I expected, but I wouldn't have thought to check the roof. I have some doubts about the number of miles added to the car, and that it arrived with the drivers side seat belt fastened.

The contents of the car arrived just fine, as far as I know.

It was definitely better than having to drive the car myself. Until the roof damage gets resolved, I can't heap praise upon the experience, but I do like having my familiar car with me in my new location.
