Even though my vehicle was picked up and delivered later than requested and told when it would arrive, Matt kept me informed and up to date on progress. The carrier that picked up and delivered was very personable and enthusiastic with his customer service. I am Military and Matt showed he appreciated that with a discount. I will be moving back east again and will be sure to use ship a car directs services again to transport my two vehicles.
