This is the 3rd time I've shipped a vehicle and it was by far the best experience I've had with a broker. David with Ship-A-Car Direct was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and in regular contact with me throughout the process from quote to delivery.

My SUV was picked up the first day it was available. I paid exactly what was quoted and when the SUV arrived it was on the same truck being driven by the same driver. No terminal to terminal action or unnecessary loading and unloading (trust me this is an awesome thing).

Although my car was a day later than estimated the driver called multiple times to check in and worked around my location at the time of delivery. David also checked in during this time. If or more likely when I need to ship again I will call Ship A Car Direct.
