Mike was both courteous and professional in handling the shipment of our car. We scrambled around for a carrier after our initial one (StatewayAuto - the worst customer service unless you like not being able to speak with someone, not receiving a response to your emails or voicemails, not having your car picked up weeks past the pickup window, etc.) left us high and dry. Mike was ever present from our search to the delivery of our vehicle. He worked with us and ensured our car was taken of even when we moved out of the origin state. The carrier Mike paired us with was reliable and timely. I highly recommend Mike and Ship A Car Direct as they delivered on all points with my personal transport move.
