My family and I are very pleased with the outcome with choosing ship a car direct for the relocation of our second vehicle. We relocated from Washington st. to Maryland. Dale provided excellent customer service with an appropriate amount of communication before-during-and after the shipment. In addition, the driver of the transport was also in communication with me at the time of pick up and delivery. Iouri (the driver) from B-line trucking was awesome! He was very skilled and passionate about his work and cared about my vehicle. It was delivered without a scratch!

The only negative I have to say is that in the end, the cost ended up being 100 dollars more than originally quoted. I thought that 1475.00 was a bit high given the flexibility of my shipping and receiving schedule, but for the convenience I went ahead and paid it. Further, my new location was not semi-truck friendly and so it required me to meet Iouri at a Wal-Mart nearby. Not saying this was his fault, but it did require me to leave the vehicle at Wal-Mart until I could find another driver to drop me off there.

Thank you for the amazing review, Anthony! You bring up a really good point about pricing and flexibility - for direct transports at standard pricing, a few days of flexibility is generally required. For door-to-door service, the big rig has to be able to safely access your neighborhood otherwise they will have to meet you in a nearby parking lot.
