New Empire Brothers transport company is a fairly new company. At first I thought Jason was out of his mind contracting to a new company without reviews I could find. When I called New Empire the phone etiquette wasn't the best but he told me they would pick the car up and if anything stops it from happening the driver would call. The driver did call and changed the pick up time to a different window period on the same day. He rolled in on time at 12 noon. My daughter went through the inspection and signed papers and told him his cashier's check would be in california. He told her the car would be arrive in four days. I did not believe it but New Empire Brothers were on the job and did a fantastic job. It arrived in the day time and so I didn't have to be afraid of being alone picking it up. If New Empire Brothers come up on your radar use them.

Ship a Car direct is good. I had a few mishaps missing Jason but was able to call the other workers to get a message to him about what I needed. I learned that booking a shipment too far in advance will not get you any bids until near the date of shipment and I mean near the date of shipment. Don't do it until the week you are shipping. It is not worth your mind being uneasy.

Thanks for the informative feedback, Angela! Glad the carrier was a good match after all! And you are so right about placing your order in advance: there's no need, as carrier availability varies from week to week. Moves are finalized within a day or two of pick-up.
