The truck driver was very curtious and helpful and my experience with Ship A Car Direct was positive. I delt with a number of companies trying to get my vehicle shipped and all of them but Ship A Car Direct, either failed to get the job done and get a truck to pick up my vehicle or tried to scam me out of money, so again I am thankful for the professional way that Ship A Car Direct did its business. One company even told me they could guarantee that my car would be shipped without problem and a day before it was supposed to be shipped they ignored all my attempts to contact them. The only negative is that I did have some issues with broken parts including the door lock, as well as interior plastics were taken apart and not correctly replaced. The truck driver did explain to me that the police did search the vehicle, so I do not believe that these damages were the fault of the driver or the shipping company, but rather careless and reckless law enforcement who were searching for something that was not there. David, the person who set up my shipment with Ship A Car Direct was extremely helpful and even followed up with me after the shipment to make sure everything went smoothly. If I had to ship another vehicle, I would use this company.
