I bought a plane ticket to fly out a week after my first available pick up date and I was worried about my car not being shipped before then. After I spoke with Matt from Ship a Car Direct he assured me that everything would be alright. He even made some extra calls to assure that my car was shipped on time. Thankfully there was a carrier available and very willing to transport my car on my first available pick up date. The carrier picked up my car with no issues. I did have to meet him at a local Walmart (about a 10 min walk) because of the big semi but that was no problem. Six days later the same day I flew out of NC to WA, I received a voicemail from Tina (the dispatcher for Igors Trucking) stating that my car would be able to be delivered that day in the afternoon. After I arrived in WA I called Tina and set up a time for the delivery which went flawlessly. My car was dirty but that is expected since it was in an open carrier and traveled cross country, there was also no damage to my car whatsoever. Overall my first car shipping experience was excellent with both Ship a Car Direct and Igors Trucking. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking to ship their car no matter how far.
