I have nothing but excellent comments about the service Ship A Car Direct provided me in the shipping of my car from Mass. to California. John, my customer service rep was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns in a honest and timely manner. Serge, the driver of the carrier was right on time, both in pick up and delivery, and was very friendly and courteous to work with. THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON TIME, IN GREAT SHAPE, AND QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED FOR A CROSS COUNTRY TRIP.
