Tom, at Safe direct Car shipping, is the greatest at communication and keeps you up to date to the happenings of the car delivery process pre and post delivery/pickup. I was assigned to Timely Transport Inc. and Josh was punctual, prompt, honest and took great care over my vehicle. There were no hidden costs or any problems with pick up and delivery. I am definitely using Ship a car direct again!
