We agree that this situation was infuriating, but the only one barking orders or talking rudely to anyone was you. The carrier offered to deliver your Maserati as soon as they were in your area - which happened to be at night - but of course no one has to take delivery in the dark. Since you refused to accept delivery at 8:00 am the next morning, the carrier waited and delivered at 10:30 am at your convenience. Even the police you called to be present for delivery told you that you were being ridiculous. In my 12 years experience, I've never had a customer speak (and email) so rudely to my staff. In the future, we will gladly give you the numbers of 5 of our top competitors rather than allow you to talk to us that way again. All the drama was indeed puzzling as the carrier picked up and delivered in 5 days, on time, without a scratch.
