We were surprised to have the vehicle in an enclosed carrier. The driver was going through had a slot and picked up. It was received in excellent condition. We thought the driver was intelligent, efficient, well organized and friendly. We had to drive to another city to pick up and the driver organized his contact with us to let us know when we needed to leave and stayed in touch. The truck arrived within five minutes of our arrival at the meeting point.
