I had only two weeks to move to California for relocation, talked to several companies that I needed to ship my Toyota Camry 2012 car in next week. Even though some of them gave me the quote with lower price, somehow I felt insecure to put in a deal until my sister gave me phone number of the person who took care of shipping her car few months ago (I think his name is Jason). So, I called, and David explained the process and helped me to look for information in the website (which honestly I didn't know until he told me the name of the company and there were helpful informative videos on website). Then, the deal was set, and thanks very much to David for working so hard on late afternoon Friday to make sure that my order taken care of. In the order, I would like the car picked up on thursday morning before I go to work on afternoon; and the driver showed up exactly the time the dispatcher told me. The process took place very quick. The driver was polite, funny, and very careful with my car. He told me that the car would be in San Jose on Monday or Tuesday, but I got it on Wednesday early morning which was still good, and the car looked actually as good as when it was picked up. Excellent.
