Tom was geat at communicating with me during this transaction from beginning to end. Tom was thorough and great at follow-up. However communication from the actual transport company that transported the truck was not as easy to get a hold of nor did they return any calls. I will give credit to their driver who was nice and delivered the truck in the timeframe promised.
