Thank you for your feedback, Mohana. Sorry to hear the contact at Temo was rude when explaining the timing of your move. Unfortunately, even with advance notice transports can't be individually tailored. For a number of valid logisitical reasons (including weather, traffic, other customers, etc) it is realistic to allow for a window of a few days for arrival. While we will always note your preferences, the carrier can only provide timing estimates - not guarantees.
