I contacted Matt from Ship a Car Direct and he was able to get be to me promptly with a quote for my cross country car shipment. He found a truck company and was able to set up exactly what I needed. The driver came right to the house and was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I needed my car to get to North Carolina by a certain day because I was flying in and needed it for transportation. They couldn't guarantee an exact date of delivery. I was pleasantly surprised that the car arrived right when I needed it. Matt was always available to answer my questions about the whole process of shipping my car. The overall experience was easy and pleasant. I was very satisfied with Ship a Car Direct's services.
