I had to relocate from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was really scared of shipping my car. It felt like many of the car shipment companies had bad reviews and it would be difficult to find a company that I could trust. I decided to go with Ship-A-Car-Direct and David was very friendly and helpful answering my questions. They help you find a trucking company to deliver your car. One of the problems I was having with other companies is that they did not want any responsibility once the car was picked up by the trucking company. Other companies were not helpful informing me of what damages during transport were covered by the trucker's insurance. David was great providing all of the information I needed. I was assigned the trucking company Temo Transportation. When I dropped my car off to them it felt strange because we were meeting in a random parking lot and I basically handed my car and car keys over to a stranger in a parking lot. There was no way to identify the transport company, so I did not know if I was in the right place or if that was the right man. Thankfully it was the right man. I was expecting my car to arrive in 7-10 days. It arrived in 4 days and was in good condition. A man and a woman delivered my car to me. They came as close to my delivery address as possible. I had to pay the truck driver directly with cash, which I was a little worried about. Both the man and woman were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They let me inspect the car and then I paid them. My car was really dirty but I got a car wash the next day and it is fine. I am very happy with how quickly I got my car and how friendly everyone was. They made me feel very comfortable in a very stressful situation and I am thankful for that.
