My car was shipped across the country in a timely manner. Everyone responded to me right away, and my car was mostly in the same condition when I picked it up. It was very dirty when I got it, but that's to be expected after a long trip with snowy weather. My only complaint is that when I picked it up it was dark outside, so I couldn't properly check it for damage. The next day I noticed some scuff marks and scratches on the trunk, but I had already signed off saying it was fine.
