I had to ship my vehicle from Arizona to Virginia. Since I've never shipped a car before I decided that I should do a bit of research. I found a website that give multiple quotes from various transporters. After entering my information. My phone began to ring constantly and my email became inundated with many offers. OVERWHELMED! So, I started looking at "customer reviews" and was able to shorten the lengthy list of companies. Eventually, I narrowed my list down to three. I called each to ask questions in general and specific to my ship. It was my way of getting a "vibe" of the company and the people who would ship my vehicle.

I decided to go with Ship a Car Direct. I am so happy that I did. I looked at video on the Ship a Car Direct website,I viewed customer reviews (yelp.com) about the company (good & not so good). I was impressed to see that the owner Michael replied and commented on reviews submitted. Even when a review was not favorable I did not find that he was on the defensive, tried to justify or make excuses but instead was apologetic and wanted to resolve the problem.

I worked with Jason who was wonderful! He was professional, answered my questions and was very good at returning my calls and with follow-up after my car was shipped. Jason explained, that my car would be shipped by Mario Express (who was absolutely great.). Jason walked me through the process. The vehicle was picked up on Monday and was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday however, I received a call from Mario Express on Friday to notify me that the car would be delivered on Friday. I was shocked since I knew the driver would face inclement weather. My family in Virginia called with news that the car had been delivered safely. Overall, from start to finish my experience was very good. It was so 1-2-3...done! I would recommend Ship a Car Direct and would definitely use the company again for future shipments.
