Ship a Car Direct was a pleasure to deal with: responsive and honest. The assigned carrier, however, was late one day with the pickup and although was on-time with the delivery, I had some issues communicating with the driver about the time and location. Instead of driving into the city proper, I had to go to the outskirts, which is fine but would have been nice if I was informed from the beginning.

Overall, the experience was positive: I received my car and the time between the estimate and delivery was shorter than I expected.

Thanks for the feedback, Jeff! And thanks for bringing up 2 very important points: timing and Washington DC. While we provide an estimate for pick-up, schedules can be delayed by weather or other issues that can't always be specifically timed or predicted. And carriers aren't allowed in DC for security reasons, so unfortunately there isn't direct "to your door" access.
