I was initially overwhelmed trying to pick a carrier to transport my daughters vehicle to her at school. Ship a Car Direct was the RIGHT choice. They were responsive, direct in their conversations and email. They made me aware of what the issues would be and what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the car was transported from pick up to delivery. I will be using them again at the end of the semester.
