Thanks for your feedback, Erick. So sorry there was a mix up with the first carrier - they discovered on route to you that the vehicle they picked up before yours was supersized and too big to fit any more vehicles on the truck. Unfortunately we had no way to forsee that unlikely issue, and we are so sorry that there wasn't an immediate alternative going the same way for you.
