Ship a Car Direct via S&N Transporation

This was one of two cars that I shipped with Tom at the same time. Overall my experience was pleasant.

If I need to ship a car again I would call Tom at Ship a Direct, however I would instruct that I would not want to use S&N transportation. The carriers communication was very poor and I had difficulties actually knowing when my car would be picked up and dropped off. It took 3 days to get my car picked up after they scheduled a time. Several times, they did not show up, and did not inform me of why - I had to call them to find out they weren't coming. I also thought that my car would be with one (1) driver the whole time, and it was not.
