Overall an excellent experience. Tom was extremely helpful, diligent and understanding. I'd had a pickup scheduled but had to cancel the day of because the car broke down and couldn't be transported. Tom was very patient and allowed me to reschedule for a later date knowing the car was going into the shop for repairs. Once the car was finally ready he found me a carrier and scheduled a pickup for the most convenient time for me. The car made it cross-country without any trouble, I wish everything about moving was this easy!
