1. My car was ready for pick up on 1/6/2014, it was picked up on 1/9/2014.

2. The car was not arrived at Washington, D.C until 1/24/2014 ( it was promised to deliver in 7 to 10 days.
We were told it was due to mechanical problem of the truck.

While you first requested a quote on 1/6, it does sometimes take a day or two for the next available carrier.We started the process on 1/7 for you and the next carrier was available on 1/9. So sorry the bad weather and mechanical issues delayed your transport arrival.
