After reading the reviews of other companies I was dreading the worst. Ship a car direct, however, lived up to there near perfect reviews. Tom was easy going and knowledgable, and always available. What ever their process was to weed out seedy or dishonest carriers seems to have worked,. My driver was extremely polite and called me to update when the vehicle was going to be in my city. A true stress free transaction. Definitely worth paying the slight extra over other brokers with poor reviews.
