Tom was very helpful. I was going through this other shipping company by they failed to find me a driver. A day before my flight was leaving I called FHT Auto Transport and they found me a driver within two days. They picked up my car January 8th in Vorhees, NJ. However, my car did not arrive in San Diego, CA until January 20th. There was a problem with the truck, which broke down in Arkansas. I was not aware of this delay until I contacted the company myself. I had to call several times after because nobody was updating me on the status of the repair. I was pretty understanding of the truck breaking down because things like this happen. It would have been nice to be updated a little more frequently than what I was. Overall Tom was very helpful at making the shipping process easy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to ship their car.
