I recently moved from Minnesota to California and used Ship A Car Direct for my service. I wanted a company that was BBB accredited as well as having positive customer reviews. After doing some research online I found Ship A Car Direct. The quote I received was average based on research I had done with other companies. I didn’t want to pay too little or too much and the quote from Ship A Car Direct was right in the middle. Once I decided on the company, the whole process went quickly and smoothly. My primary contact person was fantastic and always answered my questions immediately via email. I never once felt nervous or apprehensive about the shipping process because of the great service I received from my contact. My car was picked up on time and delivered 2 days quicker than originally expected. I have dealt with other auto transport companies in the past that have taken almost twice as long as they stated it would take to ship the car. Again I am so happy with the speed, friendly and genuinely caring attitude of my contact that was there for me every step of the way. I would 100 % recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone who needs their vehicle transported!
