This was my fourth time to ship a vehicle across multiple states and i must say I wish I had used ship a car direct direct on the other 3.This is the way a vehicle transport should be handled!Tom, my ship a car direct agent was very helpful and informative on what my options were and kept me apprised and up to date during the whole process.I would also like to commend the transporter as well as he did an outstanding job of communicating and transporting a very large expensive pickup.Thanks again and I will be using ship a car direct in the future.Jack Mckenzie
