Ship A Car Direct offered a very positive experience. Though I revised the pickup window to an earlier date after giving the order, it was during the Christmas and New Year weeks - so no finding a carrier during that period is totally understandable.
My rep, Emily was knowledgable and communicated well. The carrier was on-time and delivered the car (FL to NJ) within 5 days with not problems
