I was amazed by the immediate response and flexibility to my tight time request. Matt took the time to explain how everything will be handles and what I could expect. Rus-Al, the moving company, was excellent. The driver kept good communication and was very personable and professional. It shows that customer service was very important to him. My car was in virtually the same condition as it was when it was picked up, asides from the rain and slight dirt from the travel, nothing bad at all. I highly recommend Ship-A-Car Direct and Rus-Al.
