This is the second time that I used an auto transport carrier to carry my car cross country.
I spoke with Paul who assured me that he would be able to provide a carrier since I live in
Northern NY which is not the easiest place to have a car picked up at this time of year (snow)Once I put my order in Paul called me and said that they had a carrier who would pick up my auto the next day (Friday). Since I was already out in CA, my neighbor was responsible for giving the keys to the carrier to make sure there wasn't a problem with my vehicle being picked up. My carrier Roman actually picked up the car somewhat earlier than expected which wasn't a big deal. Because Thanksgiving day fell on the same week that my car was being delivered, Roman assured me that my vehicle would be delivered on the Sat following Thanksgiving. Needless to say, Roman made good on his promise. My beautiful vehicle (Black Beauty) arrived early in the evening. Not only was my vehicle in excellent condition, but Roman also washed it prior to dropping it off!!!! Not only will I used Paul and Roman again, I will recommend them to my military friends who need to have their vehicles transported on a regular basis. Thank you Paul and Thank you Roman. Excellent service + great customer service = one very happy lady ;-)
