FHT Auto Transport shipped my car from Phoenix to Virginia. I am satisfied with the service. The truck driver Francisco Paco Dominguez did a great job loading and unloading. Also, I am very impressed that he could not be with families during the holiday. He met bad weathers on the road, but he shipped my car safely to my area. I will use their services again if I need ship another car, or I will recommend my friend to use their services.

I didn't realized that it is not real door to door pickup and drop off until the company called me to schedule the time and pickup location. I totally understand the big truck cannot be driven to the specific communities. So the parking lot of supermarket will be the good choice. FHT customer service helped communicate and arrange everything. In general, it is good.

Thanks for the 5 star recommendation, Monica! It's a good point to make about door-to-door: trucks can't always safely access all neighborhoods because of steep hills, low hanging trees, tight cul-de-sacs, low bridges, weight restricted roads, gated communities, one-ways or heavy traffic. Sometimes they have to meet nearby in an open, flat parking lot.
