This was my first experience with car transport, so initially I had some anxiety about the process. Emily, the contact person at Ship a Car Direct was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all my questions and alleviated all my concerns about the transport. The pick-up and delivery were as negotiated and the vehicle arrived in good shape. I felt the price was fair and consistent with industry standards. Overall, the service was excellent and I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
