I had a terrific experience shipping my car from LA to Boston with Ship a Car Direct. The price was the best one available and the service was excellent as my car was picked up on the scheduled day and arrived on time without any damage 10 days later. Kay, my customer service representative, was very helpful answering my questions throughout the process. When I learned of very negative reviews for the initial carrier assigned, I indicated it to Kay and she promptly assigned a new carrier (Transauto Logisitcs) that was highly rated. I would definitely highly recommend Ship a Car Direct!
