Ship a Car Direct was incredibly helpful, honest and quick when it came to shipping my car. I have a huge emotional as well as financial investment into my car and I wanted to make sure that the broker and carrier I used is the best at what they do. I figured that I didn't have as much control in choosing the best carrier as I did the best broker and I also figured that in order to find one of the better carriers I needed to go to the source that find these caliber of carriers. And what better way than the going to the highest caliber broker.
When I first contacted Ship a Car Direct, I was in a time crunch and I needed someone to give me the straight and honest truth about getting my car shipped to me in an enclosed carrier without costing a small fortune. Paul was very helpful and honest with me. He told me exactly what the process entailed as well as things to do in order to get my car delivered around the time I needed it to be delivered e.g. being flexible with potential pick-up dates, the right price to get the caliber of carrier I was requesting. He was in constant contact with me the entire time, as well as the carrier. The carrier driver gave me constant updates on where he was and estimated arrival times. The driver was very nice and I did I mention that he picked my car up a day early?! And he only took two days to deliver my car, which is amazing because he originally quoted a week.
Overall, and considering this was my first time shipping a car, Ship a Car Direct couldn't have made the process any easier or pleasant. I will definitely be using them again, and hopefully the carrier too, when I need to ship another car. Thanks again Paul and Ship a Car Direct!
