This is my second time to use these guys. David has been great to work with both times. Their website has a lot of useful information - read it if you have not shipped a car before. It answers a lot of questions. On the latest trip, my wife had an unplanned medical appointment that caused us to rescheduled the pick up after the order has already been dispatched. David understood and worked with the carriers to reschedule for a couple of days later. I plan to continue to use them about twice per year going forward.
