Ship A Car Direct was recommended to me by a neighbor who also had her vehicle shipped. Now I know why my neighbor didn't hesitate to recommend Ship A Car Direct. Tom Miller was my contact person from beginning to end. He was always responsive, whether by phone or email from day one all the way through the day of delivery. He took his time to explain the process which was very important to both my husband and I. We had never ever shipped a car before and we wanted to know and understand as much as possible from day one.

Regarding the shipping, our car was picked up and delivered without any problems whatsoever. The driver was very professional and courteous and put us at ease about the car to safely transport. Our T-Bird traveled from Florida to South Carolina safe and sound! Tom personally kept in touch with us on pick-up and delivery days.

Like our neighbor who recommended Ship A Car Direct to us, our experience says the same positive experience.
