The overall experience was very good. We had a mix-up when the car was ready for pickup (Wednesday). Due to my availability and proximity, the car was not ready until the weekend. That being said, the company had a driver available the next day from my initial call. At times, email communication was a little slow, but phone calls were answered promptly and professionally.

The driver was extremely professional from our first phone conversation to confirm pickup and delivery details as well as when he showed up to pick up the vehicle. He was on time and very detailed in how the transport would occur. The transport truck was in good condition and he properly tied down my vehicle.

The driver was a little later than expected (morning) in dropping off the car due to a flat tire. However, he did not over-promise regarding a specific delivery time to account for any road delays such as what occurred. My mother (received the car) about 1pm on Monday and was pleased with the professional service. The car was delivered in great condition and I would use this company again.
