This is the first time I ship a car. The agent was helpful and patient. He was willing to answer my questions, and to provide the documents I requested. Although the pickup date was scheduled 3 days after the first available date, the carrier came on the scheduled day without any delay. It took them only 3 days to ship the car from CA to TX, which was a big plus. The car came at the original conditions without any damage.

Thanks for the good review, Yuan! You bring up a really good point about timing - no matter how much notice you give, there isn't always a truck available on your first preferred date. It is realistic to have a window of availability for cross-country transports.
